The current form offers Pay to driver, Card (pay to driver), and Cabcharge/TTSS. Card is settled with the driver's terminal. The website does not currently take online card payments or add a website payment surcharge to these options.

Can I bring a surfboard to the airport?
Describe its size in the booking notes and call to discuss it. A passenger count alone does not confirm space for a board; dispatch must confirm a suitable vehicle.
Can I request a baby seat for a family trip?
Use the baby-seat request in the booking form and include relevant details. Additional charges may apply, and dispatch confirms availability.
