Service and scope
Airport Taxi is a Sydney taxi booking and dispatch service. A licensed driver or operator provides the transport. Requests cover airport transfers, local trips, group travel, corporate journeys and accessible vehicle requests where available.
Booking requests and confirmation
The website records a request only when the server acknowledges it. A receipt is not dispatch acceptance or a guarantee that a driver is available. Dispatch reviews the route, time, passenger and vehicle details and confirms whether the trip can be arranged. Give accurate addresses, timing and contact details so we can review the request.
Fares and payment
When route and fare data are available, the booking summary shows an Estimated ride fare based on your trip choices. Dispatch confirms the final fare and booking details. Pay to driver, Card (pay to driver), and Cabcharge/TTSS are the current choices. Card is paid on the driver's terminal. Online card checkout is unavailable. A lawful driver or operator charge for tolls, airport access, waiting, cleaning or a changed journey may apply when separately disclosed.
Changes and cancellations
Contact dispatch as early as possible about a change or cancellation. There is no website cancellation fee in the current flow; driver or operator terms may apply to late cancellations or no-shows. Dispatch may decline or cancel a request if it cannot be fulfilled, details are incomplete, service is unavailable, or safety or operational concerns arise. Map and travel information
Google Maps features and content are subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Route, distance and time information may differ from actual road and travel conditions. Check airport and airline guidance when planning your departure.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
