Review your trip, estimated ride fare when available, and payment option. Send the request, then wait for a saved receipt and dispatch confirmation.

Check your addresses, vehicle, passengers, extras and pickup time before sending the request. The booking summary shows an Estimated ride fare when route and fare data are available; dispatch confirms the final fare and booking details.
The current form offers Pay to driver, Card (pay to driver), and Cabcharge/TTSS. Card is settled with the driver's terminal. The website does not currently take online card payments or add a website payment surcharge to these options.

Can I request a pickup from a CBD hotel?
Yes. Enter the hotel address and add its name and preferred entrance in the driver notes. Wait for dispatch to confirm the booking arrangements.
Can the taxi take me to an office before my hotel?
Add the office and hotel as destinations in the booking form, in the order you need them. Dispatch reviews the submitted route and confirms the booking arrangements.
